Returns & Refunds
Given the nature of research compounds, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or the items received differ from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs where relevant.
Unopened items
Unopened items in their original condition may be eligible for refund at our discretion. Once product packaging has been opened, the item cannot be resold and is generally non-returnable.
Refund method
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
