Free delivery threshold
Standard tracked delivery is complimentary on qualifying UK orders. The current threshold is displayed in the announcement bar and at checkout.
Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly with no external branding indicating contents. Temperature-sensitive items are prepared appropriately.
Orders paid by bank transfer
Where a manual bank transfer is offered, the order is placed as unpaid. Nothing is dispatched until cleared funds have been received. Stock is held for a limited period while payment is arranged and the hold expires automatically if payment is not received, after which the order may be cancelled.
International
