1. Acceptance

By accessing this website and placing an order you accept these terms in full.

2. Products

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. Purchasers confirm they are aged 21 or over and are procuring products for legitimate research purposes.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP. The Peptide Company is a UK sole trader and is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or shown. Payment terms are shown at checkout.

Where a manual bank transfer option is offered, the order is created as unpaid and no payment is taken through this website. Such orders remain awaiting payment until cleared funds have been received, and no goods are dispatched before that point. Stock is held for a limited period while payment is arranged; the hold expires automatically after that period and the order may then be cancelled and the items released for sale. Payment instructions are provided by us directly and are never published on this website.

4. Delivery

Delivery timings are estimates. Title and risk pass on delivery to the address supplied.

5. Liability

The Peptide Company excludes all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for consequential loss arising from misuse of research compounds.
